Guides & FAQs

Step 1

Get into contact with us.

Book a consultation or request a call back by clicking Inquire.

Step 2

Hold a consultation meeting.

Let's determine whether working together makes sense. This will be a 90 minute meeting where we will go through a deep dive on your pain points, process overview, documentation, and cost and efficiency. You will leave the meeting with key issues identified and recommendations of next steps, prioritization of improvement opportunities, and potential cost/time saving opportunities. Our relationship can end there, or if a larger project or involvement is needed, we will draft a custom project plan to meet your needs.

Step 3

Process Improvement & Lean Assessment

Based on the outcome of the consultation meeting, we will conduct a deeper review of one business process. This can be done either remotely or on site. We will analyze current-state workflows, handoffs, rework, bottlenecks, metrics, technology, spaghetti mapping, waste and everything in between to get a full picture on how to improve. You will leave with a a current state analysis, process map, waste and inefficiency analysis, improvement opportunities, prioritized action plan, and estimated cost savings opportunities. Again, we can be done here, but we will also recommend ways that we can help as well.

Step 4

Implementation & Continuous Improvement

Based on the outcome of the Lean Assessment, we are here to help you implement a solution. We are able to provide solutions such as build systems and tools, create standardization tools like Standard Operating Procedures and visual management, provide employee training, create metrics tools, and provide change management support.
